These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and ChatSys for using our AI chatbot platform. In short: you own your content and keep full control of it; ChatSys takes only the limited license needed to operate your chatbot; you can cancel anytime; billing is monthly through Stripe; and our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. The sections below spell out each point.

Who do these terms apply to?

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or uses ChatSys, whether on a free or paid plan. By using the service you confirm you are able to form a binding contract and, if you act on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

Your account — what are you responsible for?

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current, and keep your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

What is ChatSys's acceptable use policy?

Don't use ChatSys to:

  • ·Break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual property.
  • ·Scrape or ingest content you do not have the right to use.
  • ·Deploy agents that deceive, harass, or harm people.
  • ·Probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the platform's security or rate limits.

Plans, billing & cancellation — how does it work?

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we may change pricing with reasonable notice. Compare plans and start on the signup page.

Your content — who owns it?

You own the content you connect and the conversations your agent produces. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you. We claim no other rights to it, and we never train shared models on your content — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Is ChatSys GDPR compliant?

ChatSys is built to be GDPR-ready. We encrypt data with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, isolate each workspace with PostgreSQL row-level security, and offer a Data Processing Agreement covering GDPR Article 28. See our DPA and Security overview.

Availability, updates & service changes

We work hard to keep ChatSys available and improving, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

How to close your account or contact us.

You can close your account anytime; your workspace data is deleted within 30 days, and you can export it beforehand. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other users. Questions about these terms? Email support@chatsys.ai. For procurement and larger deployments, see the Enterprise page.
